In the first quincena of this month, the National Consumer Price Index (INPC) in Mérida increased just 0.12 percent compared to the previous quincenas, which at an annual rate located at 7.52 percent.
Despite the decline, the Yucatecan capital league for its sixth consecutive month as the second most expensive city in the country, below Jacona, Michoacán, which registered 7.70 percent.
