MÉRIDA, Yucatan.- This Monday, after the modernization works of the Puerto de Altura de Yucalpetén were inaugurated, the Yucalpetén Resort Marina real estate development was also launched in that same space.

During the event, it was reported that this plan promoted by the Kaua, Simca, and Desur groups, considers the construction of 350 condos in 4 residential towers, with an average value of 7 million pesos.

Also, there will be parks, a hotel, a beach club, a marina for 110 boats, and a commercial village of 3,500 square meters profitable.

The real estate investment will be more than 2 million pesos, plus that of the hotel, which will be 250 million pesos. 

The first stage of this development is estimated to be completed by the summer of 2023 and includes the Barlovento and Sotavento towers, as well as the beach club and the marina.
