Last weekend, MEY (Mujeres Emprendedoras Yucatán), led by its founder Fernanda Leiva, broke new ground with the first edition of a bazaar set to revolutionize the traditional concept in Mexico. Hosted at the exclusive Japoneza Retreat, owned by Fausto Teran and Andrea Santibañez, the event transformed each hotel room into an elegant Pop-Up Store for over 25 selected brands.
Connecting Creativity and Quality
The festival offered a unique and authentic experience where local and national brands connected with an audience seeking creativity and quality. From interior design to artisanal jewelry, the event highlighted brands led by women entrepreneurs, many from Yucatán.

Participants included notable names such as Gran Lumière, Frozé, Pájarapinta, Entropía Artesanal, Na-tún Diseños en Lino, Caravana, Joya de Arte, Gong Cha, Dolce Magazine, Revibe, Turin, Zeal, Luisa Payeras Fotografía, Oakhauss, Bendito Antojo, Design Your Bag, Dutzi, David Silva Colección, Mykoz, Vervan Esenciales para la Piel, Agua Bendita, Feba, Reka Brincolines, Japoneza Retreat, Koral, Grace Macedo, Lumbra, Nella Collection, Cortica, Comunique Magazine, and Ion Ion.

The festival aims to establish a completely different bazaar model, where every detail, from brand selection to the environment, speaks of luxury and exclusivity.
A Movement for Entrepreneurship and Sustainability
MEY Collective Festival: The Winter Edit was not just an event but a movement that promotes entrepreneurship, fosters sustainability, and redefines boutique experiences. It was a resounding success, setting high expectations for future editions.
