Anyone who needs to file a complaint can go to any of the offices of the department announced by the Attorney General of the State, Juan Manuel León León.

Before the imminent arrival of Hurricane “Beryl”, the lawyer made a tour of inspection by the agencies in the municipalities of Ticul, Tekax, Maxcanú, Umán and Hunucmá, to check on preventive measures and operational functioning put in place.

Safety protocols are activated at FGE

At each of the offices visited, the attorney reviewed the facilities to corroborate the deployment of personnel that will be operating to ensure that each office of FGE remains available if necessary.

In addition, he followed up on the details of preventive measures to guarantee the safety of workers who will remain on duty in each of the offices.

The visit focused on municipalities where the meteor is expected to impact according to weather forecasts from specialists.

The attorney thanked public servants for their effort and vocation of service to attend anyone who needs to go to FGE’s installations despite the inclement weather to carry out some process, service or complaint.

León León reiterated that agencies in Progreso, Kanasín, Valladolid, Motul and Izamal will also have personnel available 24 hours a day.

The same applies to peripheral offices in Mérida, including the buildings of the North, South, East, and of course the central building in the Poniente of the Yucatecan capital, where the preventive operation has already begun.
