- October 16, 2024

On November 8th, Luis Miguel will delight his Yucatecan audience with all his hits.

With a grand production, the singer Luis Miguel will arrive in Mérida on Friday, November 8th, to perform at the “Carlos Iturralde Rivero” stadium at 9:00 PM. “El Sol” will entertain his Yucatecan audience with hits from his early days and his most recent ones.

Mario Durán Alcalá, from the MusicVibe promotion team for this concert, explained that ticket sales have been going very well, with “several zones sold out.”

Currently, to sell the last tickets, they are launching a special promotion so that people can attend Luis Miguel’s concert and no one misses out.

He specified that at the Gran Plaza sales point in Mérida, there is no service charge, but only at this location. Additionally, he mentioned, there are discounts on the official website, Funticket.mx.

“We can say that he is an artist who gives his all on stage. Recently, we saw at the Mexico City arena that during the song ‘La Incondicional,’ he shed a few tears,” he commented.

“We see the videos on social media, there are several moments where we can see how much he is enjoying the stage, the audience, the applause, and he is giving his all, being punctual, performing well, with a great voice and an impressive production,” Durán Alcalá mentioned.

He commented that the concerts he has presented in various states of the Republic have been very successful, with full houses. He just broke the record at the Arena Ciudad de México, with 18 sold-out dates, which he will continue to present.

“According to figures reported to Billboard Boxscore, the Luis Miguel 2023-24 tour has grossed $318.2 million and sold 2.2 million tickets in its first 146 concerts. This makes it the highest-grossing tour of all time among Latin artists,” he pointed out.

Luis Miguel shared this information on his Instagram account, highlighting that he is the highest-grossing artist, surpassing stars like Billy Joel, U2, Travis Scott, Madonna, and Depeche Mode; the 54-year-old singer has managed to sell an average of 20,808 tickets per concert.

“That’s why we are looking forward to his arrival in Mérida. He brings a top-level production that everyone will enjoy with all the hits: boleros, mariachi, and pop hits,” he said.

“There is a moment, supported by screens, where he duets with Frank Sinatra and Michael Jackson; it’s a world-class show coming to the city,” he indicated.

The production brings more than 15 trailers carrying top-level screens, lighting, and audio; it’s a team of over 300 people in logistics and operation to ensure everyone enjoys this concert.

He added that for the grand concert, the stadium doors will open at 6 PM.
