The Palace of Music will celebrate its sixth anniversary with a series of free concerts and special tours of its Interactive Museum.
The cultural center will host activities such as “Museum at Night, Living Museum” on June 19th at 7:00 PM, featuring the Multidisciplinary Company 540 and over 40 local talents showcasing their art and talent to the public.
On Saturday, June 22nd, the Palace of Music will offer two special activities: at 12:00 PM, Aeda Fernanda will present a didactic concert in the Interactive Museum, featuring salsa, bolero, and romantic music. Later, at 7:00 PM, La Sambandita will fill the Concert Hall with Brazilian rhythms.
On Sunday, June 23rd, the Yukalpetén Orchestra under the direction of Pedro Carlos Herrera will present a special program to celebrate the anniversary of the cultural center, featuring its soloists in the Concert Hall.
On Tuesday, June 25th, the Yucatecan Music Songwriting Workshop led by cantautor Felipe de la Cruz will take place, showcasing new musical talents at 7:00 PM.
On Wednesday, June 26th, the Coros Yucatecos, Voces Clásicas, Troveros, and Choral Chamber Orchestra of Yucatán will present a special concert in the Concert Hall at 7:30 PM.
The festivities will conclude on Sunday, June 30th at 6:00 PM in the Concert Hall, with the presentation of the Tumben K’ai Orchestral Ensemble and the Renaissance Orchestra of Domus Artis Cultural Space from Chetumal, Quintana Roo.
