The deceased was still unidentified. Data obtained from an investigation showed that the youth drove a white Attitude car on 6th Street but crashed into stone letters at the entrance of the hacienda after hitting the intersection with 19th Street while driving too fast. The car turned over, leaving the young man inside who died almost immediately despite the quick response of emergency services.
A group of paramedics attempted to provide pre-hospital care to the youth, but they only confirmed that he had died.
Police secured the area and around midnight, General Attorney officials arrived at the scene to carry out their corresponding tasks such as raising the body which was taken to the Forensic Sciences Institute where it remained unidentified until Saturday morning.
