The victim, Mildred Carolina “N”, suffered physical injuries at the hands of Oscar Israel “N”. Her sister, Norma Maricela “N”, intervened in her defense but was also attacked by the aggressor.
Oscar Israel “N” appeared before a judge at the Umán courthouse. The judge determined that he would face charges for the alleged crime and ordered him to wear an electronic monitoring device and imposed other preventative measures.
The preventative measures include signing documents in front of the investigating prosecutor, not leaving the state, being monitored, staying away from the victims and witnesses, not communicating with them, separating immediately from his conjugal home and wearing a tracking device.
The Incident
On July 29th, around 9:30 PM, on 34th Street in the Alvaro Obregón neighborhood of Hunucmá, the now-accused individual assaulted his ex-partner, Mildred Carolina “N.”
Upon witnessing the attack on her sister, Norma Maricela “N” intervened to defend her. In response, the assailant struck her in the face, causing her to fall to the ground, where he continued to assault her.
Subsequently, the individual was apprehended by law enforcement officers.
